Super easy and yummy beef pita pockets!
Ingredients
1 Pound
Ground beef
1/4 Cup
Feta
1 Handful
Parsley
1 Tablespoon
Pomegranate molasses
1 Teaspoon
Paprika
1 Teaspoon
Cumin
1 Teaspoon
Salt
1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper
1 Teaspoon
7 spice
1 Teaspoon
All spice
1 Teaspoon
Nutmeg
2-3 Wholes
Pita breads
Instructions

Pulse the onion and herbs in a food processor or blender until finely chopped. Mix the feta cheese, herbs and onion mix, pomegranate molasses, and spices with the ground beef using your hands or a spatula.

Cut the pitas in half. Fill with meat and spread out evenly to desired thinness or thickness.

Brush all sides of the filled pita with oil or spray with oil spray.

Preheat a pan or skillet over medium high heat.

Cook the arayes on each side for 2-3 minutes until a dark golden brown color forms and the meat is cooked past 145oF.

Slice in half and serve!
